That video's quality was MUCH better before I exported it as an MPEG4 file. I did this because Youtube kept uploading only a small portion of the overall MOV file, which of course was many files which I pieces together. MOV files don't upload fully for whatever reason. The MPEG file uploads quick! but the quality is shit..
