This data is as of Wednesday night. May is shaping up to be a very difficult month. You can see an obvious drop in volume in March, which is partly why I'm able to kill it these past few weeks. I'm still hurting from yesterday, and I don't expect to be 100% on Saturday at Cyclonauts.

Is it just me or did your numbers make a big jump right about the time you stopped measuring power at the hub and started measuring it at the crank? Cuz you know, just sayin, but with all the crud you normally have encrusting your drivetrain, there is probably about a 5% loss from the crank to the wheel.
No need to thank me, I'm here to help.

The jump is partly because the Ergomo measures input, the PT measures less directly- more of an output reading. It's true that the Powertap gives watts that are around 10 watts less than Ergomo and SRM. Some energy is lost through the crank, chain and cassette.
Let's not get our panties in a knot though- I've been doing some serious racing in the past 30 days. Intensity is way up compared to the period before the "big jump".
It's okay. I'm also 10 pounds lighter, meaning that even if peak watts are the same, watts/kilo are up.
So are you going to rest in Turkey or train over there?
