Hematocrit level was 43 in last week's blood testing. Seems kind of low (?)
Combined cholestrol 252 (Yikes!)
Triglyceride 42 (Low?? What IS this?)
HDL Cholestrol 63 (Good Cholestrol is good)
LDL Cholestrol 181 (Bad cholestrol is high)
No more Johnny Rockets for me!

My hematocrit a few weeks ago was 40... I ran a 10k pr 3 days later. I'll get it rechecked in a few months; test could have been in error. I'm lucky, low cholesterol without special effort.
Restaurants are a poor source of nutrition...
